Data Controller
Pursuant to the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Dedatek Yapı & İzolasyon İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Dedatek") in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.
Personal Data Processed
The following personal data is processed by Dedatek:
- Identity Data: first name, last name
- Contact Data: phone number, email address, company name
- Customer Transaction Data: requested service/product, premises information, project details
- Transaction Security Data: IP address, browser type, cookie data
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data referred to above is processed within the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the following purposes:
- Conducting the requested service and quotation process
- Customer relationship management
- Conducting communication activities
- Fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations
- Planning and execution of business activities
- Maintaining storage and archiving activities
- Conducting information security processes
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and for the purposes listed above:
- To authorised public institutions and bodies due to legal obligations
- To our hosting, email and technical infrastructure providers
Such transfers are made only for the intended processing purpose and under confidentiality obligations.
Method and Legal Basis of Collection
Your personal data is collected through contact and quote forms on our website, by email and by phone, on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.
Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, every data subject has the right, by applying to the data controller, to:
- Learn whether his/her personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Learn the third parties to whom the data has been transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK
- Request that correction/deletion/destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result that is to his/her disadvantage arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing
Application Method
To exercise the rights listed above, you may submit your application in person with a wet-ink signature to Ayazağa Mahallesi 125. Sokak Greenpine Sitesi C Blok 59/64 Sarıyer / İstanbul, deliver via notary, or send to info@dedatek.com with a secure electronic signature.
Your application must include your full name, signature (if signed), Turkish ID number or for foreigners passport number, residence or business address for notification, email address, telephone or fax number where applicable, and the subject of your request.
Your request will be finalised free of charge within at most 30 (thirty) days according to its nature. However, if the operation requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be charged.
